00:00 Hello Everyone!

The World Rapid Team Championship is a 12-round Swiss tournament taking place from 26–28 August 2023 in Dusseldorf, Germany. Each team must field 6 players each round, including at least one woman and one “recreational” player who has never been rated above 2000.

Players receive 15 minutes for the entire game, plus a 10-second increment starting from move one. Teams receive 2 match points for a win, and 1 for a draw. Official website:

  1. Is the title referencing Barney's saying from HIMYM?

  2. 26.Bg1 reminded me of fischer vs larsen 1972 where the bischop pair escorted the pawn up the board, obviously here its a completely different position and more pieces on the board but funny how those bischops laser beaming the entire board towards a past pawn can create a flashback like that.

  3. Kramnik doesn't look like a retired player… He's still so strong

  4. 2:12 "Gukesh team is much much stronger in rating" .. er … 2723 v. Kramnik 2737 seems very close.

  5. Why have you stopped posting on Rumble? The last game posting was 2 months ago. I realize the number of subscribers on Rumble is humble by comparison. I prefer watching videos on Rumble versus YouTube because of their censorship policies.

  6. I’m sorry for being absent in the comment. Thank you for the content once more, it means a lot! I hope you have or had a good day 😊

  7. One among my favourite chess player.. Kramnik, Tal, and Ivanchuk….😊😊😊😊

  8. #suggestion Francesc de Castellví vs. Narcís de Vinyoles. This is one of the oldest documented chess games, and the first one that uses modern queen and bishop moves.

  9. The only thing I dont like about agadmator's videos is that no human would ever play the lines he shows so I dont know instead of showing the top engine moves/sequences maybe he should only choose to show us the lines a human would play but other than that great commentary and analysis! Thanks agadmator.

  10. After Magnus won Chess World Cup 2023, he was asked about new young players. His first thought was Gukesh, so he must regard him very highly.

  11. 12:25 Agadmator wrongly says Gukesh is World No.18 in classical chess. Gukesh is world no.8

  12. Wow what a game Gukesh very Beautifully done unfortunate Kramlik missed the lines you showed Agadmator the pawn so close yet so far Nice Game

  13. Amongst all the former classic chess champions, Kramnik is definitely the weakest link, let alone when is playing just occasionally.

  14. The baby crying in the background at 8:41 jumpscared me, thinking my kid was screaming

  15. New, in more cases than not, isn’t always better

  16. Looks like agadmator has been watching too much HIMYM with that title.

  17. not a really good explanation at 7:10 why would the king keep wandering around instead of just repeating moves in the corner?

  18. Gukesh is looks like the professor in money heist even with more brilliance ❤

  19. Why are the ratings different on screen and descriptions?

  20. It's sad to see a great player like Kramnik get beaten anyway by a player who, beyond his tactical skills, has a much more limited understanding of the game. This happens to Kramnik because he retired early and lacked practice.

  21. So a part time 2700 player, u don't get that more often..

  22. block with bishop, but what if block wqith queen, will still be check mate?! stop do those things, think and analize them first!!! One video before also you said a BIG BS,so….cut it out, your not GM!

  23. First link in the description is not the interview with Kramnick.😮

  24. Please also cover Anand vs Aravindh and Aronian vs Nihal.

  25. Why does Gukesh always look like a gangster from the 70's

  26. Just 3 years ago Gukesh was taking lessons from Kramnik and now he has surpassed his teacher. Kramnik must be feeling proud

  27. Former World "Classical" Champion. Say that do Ding, not Kramnik. 😒

  28. Almost, every day, I see the chess games, in this Channel. Love, the way, energetic, enthusiastic Agadmator presents the games. Just for quick reference purpose, I am posting this URL. "Vladimir Kramnik speaks about Pragg and Gukesh and why he thinks they are the absolute best. "

  29. Rapid/blitz games always make for far more interesting mid game moves than classic; it gets these GM's to get away from standard theory.
