All registrations must be in the name of the player and paid in pull in order to be accepted at the discount rate. Registrations without payment in full are not valid. Please do not wait until the last day of the discount period to register. Checks are not accepted. Please use the PayPal registration. Contact email@example.com if you have questions or issues.
We understand that some schools pay for their students directly. We do not bill schools or accept checks as “bulk orders”. We can provide an invoice if needed; however, fees must be be paid through the Registration site using PayPal. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for unique situations.
Scholarships may be available to parents requesting them prior to March 1st by contacting the Organizer at email@example.com. Scholarships must be in the name of the player. No requests will be considered after March 1st.
Late registrations may be accepted after April 15th with a $20 late fee. This is not guaranteed and subject to the Organizer’s approval. You will be placed on a wait list,
Refund Policy: All requests for refunds are subject to a $10 Administrative processing fee (May be waived based on hardship).
ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL ABSOLUTELY CLOSE AT 8PM, THURSDAY APRIL 25th. This is the last possible date (include late entries) that you can enter.
Players requesting admission after Pairings have been complete may occur at the Organizers discretion and are subject to additional fees. These players may receive a Half Point BYE for Round 1 and will be paired into Round 2.
